MEMA and the National Weather Service has advised of an expected heat wave beginning today with temperatures well over 90 degrees and oppressive humidity levels continuing through at least Monday, July 2, 2018.

Limited activity and outdoor exposure to these extreme conditions is advised.

Contact 911 with emergency health problems.

Hurricane Season

Hurricane season begins today, June 1, 2018, and runs through November 2018. A more active season than average is predicted. For preparedness tips, please refer to the FEMA.gov website.

Reconstruction of the front steps of the Town Hall began on May 29, 2018. Please use caution around the site. The south side door of the Town Hall is now the temporary main entrance.
